Returns & Exchanges

We’re happy to help with your return/exchange. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 45 days of receiving the product to request a return. All return shipping fees are at customers' own expense.

Steps to return/exchange:

  • Offer some pictures of the item you want to return. 
  • We will advise the return address once we check pics that the item is under the original condition.
  • Return the item and advise us the tracking number.
  • We will arrange refund or resend within 7-10 working days once receive an eligible return.(Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Previously exchanged items are not eligible for returns or additional exchanges.)

Please inspect your item when you receive it as returns that don’t follow these guidelines won’t be accepted.

  • In original condition (unwashed/unworn)
  • With original packaging and original tags
  • Purchased within last 45 days

Note: 

  • Refunds for merchandise returned without contacting us cannot be guaranteed.
  • In the event that the item you purchased was oversold, we will refund you for that item and ship the rest of your order.
  • Refund for Partial Return of BOGO Purchase:If you return only one item from a "Buy One, Get One" (BOGO) order, your refund will be calculated as follows:Refund Amount = Total Paid − Full Price of Kept Item,Since you did not keep both items, the BOGO promotion no longer applies, and the item you keep is charged at its full original price.

  • Bundle: If you want to return a product in the bundle, For example, the original price was 170 US dollars, and the selling price was 136 US dollars. If one item is returned, the refund amount would be 165 - 85 = 51 US dollars.

Not covered under warranty (non-returnable, no exceptions)

  • Orders after 45 days.
  • Items that have been modified or personalized like embroidery items.
  • Clearance and final sale items.
  • Normal wear and tear (wear holes, pilling, snags on fabric).
  • Accidental damage (washing machine, torn, melted, ate by dog etc.).
  • Shrinkage.
  • Stains from washing or using.
  • Canada does not support returns.(The return address is in the US, and the return shipping cost is very high.)

Do the customers have to pay for shipping?
Yes. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Manufacturing Defects
We stand behind our products 100% and pride ourselves for having an amazing quality control team working hard to ensure the highest quality possible. However, there are some rare cases where a faulty item slips through.
We will allow returns/changes on any items that have manufacturing defects for 45 days from the date of purchase for free.
