Which addresses are not eligible for delivery?

Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

🎄Can I receive it before Christmas?

If you make the purchase before December 12th - December 14th, there is a high chance that it will be delivered before Christmas. However, if you purchase on December 14th and later, it will not be delivered before Christmas. If you want to receive it on Christmas, please contact service@kaiyababy.com to inquire about the express shipping service. it can completed within 3 to 7 days.The estimated shipping cost is around 25 US dollars.

Why did you purchase items worth more than 89 US dollars but still couldn't enjoy free shipping?

• Orders to non-mainland US (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S Virgin Islands) do not qualify for free shipping or expedited services. Shipping times ranges from 18-25 days.
• Orders to Remote Areas of Canada (Nunavut，Northwest Territories，British Columbia) do not qualify for free shipping or expedited services. Shipping times ranges from 10-25 days.

NOTE:

• Shipping Time does not include a 1-2 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.

• Orders received between Saturday-Sunday will ship the following business day.

• Embroidery Orders need more 1-3 working days to process.

• Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays are not considered business days for orders processing.

• We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.

• If there is any shipping issue with your package , you must contact Customer Support within 45 days after your order was placed.

• High volume of shipments,local workers strike, custom clearance problems may cause delivery delays.
