Returns & Exchanges
We’re happy to help with your return/exchange. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 45 days of receiving the product to request a return. Our Customer Service team will provide you with our return address. All return shipping fees are at customers' own expense.
Please inspect your item when you receive it as returns that don’t follow these guidelines won’t be accepted. Once we receive an eligible return, your return/exchange will be processed.
- Tips: Embroidery Orders cannot be returned.
- Note: Refunds for merchandise returned without contacting us cannot be guaranteed.
In the event that the item you purchased was oversold, we will refund you for that item and ship the rest of your order.

- Offer some pictures of the item you want to return.
- We will advise the return address once we check pics that the item is under the original condition.
- Return the item and advise us the tracking number.
- We will arrange refund or resend within 1-3 working days once receive an eligible return.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
We will send you our local address to return once we confirm your clothes can be returned/change. You can use your own shipping method and at your own cost.
Repack items into a box or mailer, and drop off at local post office. Please do this quickly as your refund or exchange will not be processed until your return items have been mailed.
Please note: Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Previously exchanged items are not eligible for returns or additional exchanges.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. (we only refund the fee of products, not including the shipping fee.)

Manufacturing Defects
We stand behind our products 100% and pride ourselves for having an amazing quality control team working hard to ensure the highest quality possible. However, there are some rare cases where a faulty item slips through.
We will allow returns/changes on any items that have manufacturing defects for 45 days from the date of purchase for free.

Brand Updates
Here are a couple things to note before you purchase:
-In March 2024, we began updating our brand from Kaiya Angel to Kaiya Baby. We are still selling the original versions in order to reduce waste. Until all old inventory sells through, we are unable to guarantee which version you receive.
-We are currently in the process of changing our product tags and hang tags as a result of our rebranding, but please be aware that some of your garments may still have our old product tags or hang tags attached.
